Writing Episodically
Parz, our microfiction loving creative writer, has discovered a new passion - writing an open-ended story using a JSRPG (Journaling Solo Role Playing Game) as a springboard. He’s begun recording videos around the topic and the first one, where he shows his method for making it happen, is live now.
Aleesha and Parz are using the JSRPG as a way to write creatively and also be creative together (while also writing separate stories).

When we set out to make dX, our philosophy was that creativity classes should be accessible to all regardless of income level. That was why we created the YouTube account - so that we could offer content that anyone could watch.

A Humid Day - Prose Poetry by Parz
As summer gears up in the Northern Hemisphere, it feels like a good time to include this piece of writing by Parz:
A humid day, the air so thick it makes breathing feel like drinking. I wave my hand and watch vapour dance and spin. Endless motes in infinite positions condense into precipitation, perhaps solidify into ice.
Futures swirl and change. Waveforms collapse into reality. Flowing with the present as it rains an endless stream of Now. Maybe Will becomes Definitely Was.
Suspended drops to frozen blocks. Plans to history. Entropy decreases.
